Tasker, said point being also at the divisio line between the southwest corner of land now or formerly of Merolla and the southeast corner of the hereinafter described parcel; RUNNING THENCE along the northerly side of North Road South 70 degrees ' 35 minutes 00 seconds West 100.18 feet to the easterly side of land now or formerly of Nissenfeld; THENCE along said land, North 16 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds West 450 feet to the ordinary high water line of Long Island Sound; THENCE along the ordinary high water line of Long Island South on a tie line bearing North 87 degrees 30 mintues 50 seconds East 102.85 feet to the westerly side of land now or formerly of Merolla; THENCE along said land, South 16 degrees 00 minutes 30 seconds East 420 feet to the northerly side of North Road, at the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO Be the same premises conveyed to the grantor herein by Deed dated 8/29/96, recorded 9/5/96 in Liber 11791 page 008.
