ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Greenport, in the
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, known and designated as and by Lot
No. 12, as shown on a certain map entitled, "Map of Homestead Acres at Greenport", filed in the
Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on July 17, 1986, as Map No, 8150, being bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Westerly side of Willow Drive (Private Road) distant 453.51
feet as measured westerly along the southerly side of Inlet Pond Road and southerly along the
westerly side of Willow Drive(Private Road) from the comer formed by the intersection of the
westerly side of Westwood Lane with the northerly side of Inlet Pond Road; said point also being
where the division line between Lot 12 and Lot 13 on said map intersects the westerly side of Willow
Drive;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of Willow Drive (Private Road), South 02
