WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and lZrnt at[Xhe at Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State of New York, known and designated as Lot No. 22 on a certain
map entitled, "Subdivision of Cedarfields at Greenport" filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on 6/27/90 as Map No. 8966 , said lot
being more particularly bounded and described as follows :
'i BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Cedarfields Drive
distant 728 . 17 feet easterly from the extreme easterly end of the
arc of a curve connecting the easterly side of Moore ' s Lane with
the southerly side of Cedarfields Drive; running thence along the
southerly side of Cedarfields Drive North 58e 15 ' 00" East 75 . 50
feet to the division line of Lots 23 and 22 on the above mentioned
map; thence along last mentioned division line South 31° 45 ' 00"
East 265 feet to the lands now or formerly of Village of Greenport;
thence along last mentioned land South 58e 15 ' 00" West 75 . 50 feet
to the division line of Lots 21 and 22 on the above mentioned map;
thence along last mentioned division line North 310 45 ' 00" West
266 . 84 feet to the southerly side of Cedarfields Drive the point or
place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party
of the first part by deed dated June 19 , 1991 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on July 3 , 1991 in Liber 11293 Page 262 .

the first will receive.the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to' 'be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same firsi to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
