paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk,
State of New Yoz<k, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING-at a point on the northerly side of Front Street distant 36.58
feet easterly from its intersection with the easterly side of First Street;
RUNNING THENCE North 6 degrees 31 minutes 20 seconds West along the
easterly line of land of Brandi 141. 11 feet to the southerly side of Adams
Street;
THENCE North 85 degrees 47 minutes 30 seconds East along the southerly
side of Adams Sttreet, 66.25 feet to land now or formerly of Rhumbline, Inc. ;
THENCE South 6 degrees 26 minutes 10 seconds East along said land
139.69 feet to the northerly side of Front Street;
