THIS DEED IS BEING RECORDED TO CORRECT A TRANSFER OF THE SAME PARCEL MADE ON JUNE 6,
1995. THAT TRANSFER WAS MADE FOR ESTATE PLANNING PURPOSES AND THE GRANTOR'S INTENT
WAS TO TRANSFER SAID PARCEL TO HER SPOUSE'S TRUST, HOWEVER SAID TRANSFER WAS
ERRONEOUSLY MADE TO HER OWN TRUST. THIS DEED CORRECTS THE PREVIOUS TRANSFER AND FOR
ALL PURPOSES, TRANSFERS SAID PARCEL TO THE ERIK P. HANSEN TRUST AND SHALL REVERT BACK
TO JUNE 6, 1995. Previous transfer recorded 6-6-95 at Liber 1111759 at page #206.
Grantor hereby covenants to Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land and that Grantor has lawful authority
to sell and convey said land.
The Trustee of the above Trust is granted full power and authority to sell, convey, transfer, mortgage, lease and otherwise
deal with the subject property pursuant to the provisions of the above Trust.
