WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideratiun of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being North of the Village
of Greenport, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument on the northerly line of Washington Avenue, 241.00 feet, westerly
along said northerly line from Booth Place; said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner
of Lot 50, as shown on "Map of Washington Heights", and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office as Map No- 651, from said point of beginning.
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of Washington Avenue, South 87 degrees 36
minutes 50 seconds West, 102.02 feet, to land of Foster;
THENCE along said land of Foster, North 3 degrees 44 minutes 10 seconds West, 120.02 feet;
THENCE along land now or formerly of DeAlbertis, North 87 degrees 36 minutes 50 seconds
East, 101.42 feet, to the northwesterly corner of said Lot 50;
THENCE along said Lot 50, South 4 degrees 01 minutes 30 seconds East, 120.04 feet, to the
point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part by
deed dated November 22, 1993 recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
December 10, 1993 in Liber 11655 page 495.
