WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being ARt1Ri east of the Village of Greenport, in the Town of Southold,
County of Suffolk, State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a concrete monument set on the westerly line of Inlet Lane, said
monument being 350.0 feet southerly along said westerly line of Inlet Lane from a
concrete monument set at the intersection of said westerly line of Inlet Lane with
the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE westerly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said westerly line
of Inlet Lane and parallel with said southerly line of Manhanset Avenue one hundred
(100) feet to a concrete monument;
1 THENCE southerly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said last mentioned line
90 and parallel with said westerly line of Inlet Lane one hundred twenty—five (125)
to a point;
VFOQ` THENCE easterly at an angle of ninety (90) degrees with said one hundred twenty-
five (125) foot line and parallel with the southerly line of Manhanset Avenue one
hundred (100) feet to a point on the westerly line of Inlet Lane;
THENCE northerly along the westerly line of Inlet Lane one hundred twenty—five
(125) feet to a concrete monument, being the point and place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first
part as follows: (1) by deed from INEZ FORDHAM dated June 4, 1951 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on June 9, 1951 in Liber 3225 cp 98; (2) by
deed from LESTER POLLOCK dated August 25, 1952 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on August 27, 1952 in Liber 3398 cp 364; and (3) by deed from
CHARLES BUMBLE dated December 3, 195 recur in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on December 10, 1953 in li r 3624 cp 374.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
