BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the grantors herein in deed dated June 26, 1956, recorded on July 5, 1956 in liber 4137, cp. 534. The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
