TOdiTliER with a right of way 10 feet in width from the southeasterly corner of the premises easterly about 53 feet to Carpenter Street; the southerly line of said right of way being the direct extension easterly of the southerly boundary of the premises herein described and the northerly line being parallel to and 10 feet northerly therefrom. SUBJECT to a right of way 10 feet in width across the easterly end of the premises, the easterly line of said right of way being the easterly boundary of the premises and the westerly line being parallel to and 10 feet westerly therefrom.
