TOWNSEND, SR.,residing at 902 Main Street, Greenport, NY, 11944 party of the second part, WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of TEN ($10.00)dollars, lawful money of the United States paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, ALL that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,lying and being in the SEE SCHEDULE `A' ANNEXED HERETO TOGETHER with all right,title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof. TOGEHTER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. AND the party of the,first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. TOWNSEND,JR- 11867182 SCHEDULE"A" ALL THAT CERTAIN plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a cross cut in the concrete walk on the easterly line of Main Street, 129.99 feet northerly along said easterly line from East Front Street, said point of beginning being the southwesterly corner of land conveyed by the party of the first part to William Fucillo; RUNNING THENCE along said land of Fucillo,North 83 degrees 17 minutes 50 seconds East 110.76 feet to an iron pipe and land conveyed by the party of the first part to Francis Waring; THENCE along said land of Waring,South 6 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds East 19.82 feet; THENCE along other land of the party of the first part, South 83 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds West 110.71 feet to said easterly line of Main Street; THENCE along said easterly line of Main Street, North 7 degrees 4 minutes 10 seconds West 19.99 feet to the point of BEGINNING}. TOGETHER with a right of way 10 feet in width from the southeasterly corner of the premises easterly about 53 feet to Carpenter Street; the southerly line of said right of way being the direct extension easterly of the southerly boundary of the premises herein described and the northerly line being parallel to and 10 feet northerly therefrom.
