Third Street;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly line of Third Street one hundred five
(105) feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to ANTHONY F. VOLINSKI and
JENNIE V. VOLINSKI, his wife, by deed dated 6/8/46, recorded in the Suffolk
