The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 266, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my determination that the proposed action -(structure is located less than the code required side yard setback of 15 feet from the side yard) is EXEMPT from LWRP review pursuant to: § 268-3. Definitions. MINOR ACTIONS item "F' and "11' which state: F. Granting of individual setback, lot line and lot area variances, except in relation to a regulated natural feature or a bulkhead or other shoreline defense structure or any activity within the CEHA; The second floor roof dormers at more than the code required 40% of the roof width are CONSISTENT with the LWRP.
