The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of
Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards.
Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this
department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed as

conditions.
The proposed above described actions were built without the benefit of Board of
Trustee review (assessing drainage, building materials and impacts to surface
water quality) and all other proper reviews and approvals (Building Department.
Zonin.q Board of Appeals, NYSDEC). It is recommended that the structures be
removed and/or modified to comply with existin.q permit conditions.
The proposal to reconstruct the existing bulkhead located along the north side of the boat basin

with the LWRP provided that the following Best Management Practice is required.

installation of a silt boom that will retain all suspended sediments within the
immediate proiect area.
Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Board of Trustees shall consider this racommendation in praparing its
written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
