Section 006, Block 7, Lot 12 Dear Trustees: In line with my conversation with Mr. King and in line with his requests, I enclose the following items: 1. A copy of my original permit application with amendments, marked each with an asterisk, detailing that a line of boulders was placed on the rear lawn in order to act as a retaining wall. The fill excavated from my new basement was placed behind the boulders so that the fill would not wash into the wetlands. Additionally this minimized the slope of the lawn allowing us to place the septic rings a little higher in the ground thereby maximizing the separation from the level of ground water. There is no effect on the wetland as I installed these boulders over my existing lawn. 2. A drawing showing the location of a new drywell installed on the front Jeft side of my house. The purpose of this drywell is to contain the roof runoff from the gutters on the older part of the building. In addition, I wish to advise you that I have extended several of my roof gutters on the right side of my house so that the roof runoff from there will be directed to my previously installed drywell in the rear of my house.
