RUNNING THENCE North 73 degrees 25 minutes OO seconds East, 140.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 33 degrees 27 minutes 00 seconds East, 60.00 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 73 degrees 25 minutes 00 seconds .West, 140.00 feet to the
easterly side of Bailer Avenue, at the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party pf the first
part by deed from Elizabeth Thompson, As Executor of the Last Will and Testament
of Barbara Frances Litter dated 1/17/90 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on 1/30/90 in Liber 11008 cp 380.

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply

The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
