consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the second part forever,

pipe;

pipe;

seconds West 5 .0 feet to an iron pipe set on the easterly line of a
20 foot right of way;

seconds West 134 .3 feet to an iron pipe set on said southerly line
of Island View Lane;

TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width adjoining the westerly

TOGETHER with an equal right of way with the party of the first part
and the other persons to whom the party of the first part has
conveyed or may convey to use for purposes of ingress, egress,
parking, general beach use, the following described parcel of land:
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of said proposed highway
to be known as "Island View Lane" , at the northeasterly corner of
land conveyed by the party of the first part to Greer, said point of
beginning being South 23 degrees 31 minutes West 52 .94 feet from the
southwesterly corner of lot #78 shown on said filed map #1124; from
said point of beginning running along said southerly line of said
"Island View Lane" , South 85 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East
20 . 75 feet;
THENCE along land of the parties of the second part and others four
courses as follows :
(1) South ii degrees 10 minutes 30 seconds East 134 .30 feet;

the last described point;
THENCE at right angles to the last described course South 76 degrees
30 minutes West 80 . 0 feet to ordinary high water mark of the creek;
THENCE northerly along said ordinary high water mark of the creek to
a point which is North 10 degrees 38 minutes 20 seconds West 200 . 25
feet from the last described point;
THENCE westerly along ordinary high water mark of the creek to the
southeasterly corner of said land of Melvin Greer, being North 83

THENCE along said land of Melvin Greer two courses as follows :

to the point of beginning. Except, however, that the party of the
first part reserves the right to raise a bulkhead along said beach
if he so desires in the future, while still providing, however,
adequate general beach, use to the parties of the second part .
TOGETHER with all the right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part and to said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
