SCTM#1000-126-4-17.2 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 268, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the action is CONSISTENT with the LWRP policy standards and therefore CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided .that the Board requires the following: Show the relocation of the upgraded sanitary system greater than 100' from the wetlands, drywells for storm water control and hay bale line as referenced in the response to Policy 5. on the Coastal Consistency Assessment Form on the plans. Pursuant to Chapter 268, the Southold Town Zoning Board of Appeals shall consider this recommendation in preparing its wdtten determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
