of Suffolk on 5/19/33 as Map No. 1124, said lots when taken together are bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monuneM on the southerly side of Bayshore Road, said point being distant 188.89 feet westerly
from point where lands of the Town of Southold intersect with the southerly side of Bayshore Road;
THENCE from said point of beginning South 10 degrees 6 ,minutes 0 seconds East, 125.00 feet to a point at lands
now or formerly of Poaillien Construction Company, Inc.;
THENCE along said lands South 79 degrees 54 minutes 0 seconds West, 100 feet to monument;
THENCE North 10 degrees 6 minutes 0 seconds West, 125 feet to a monument in the southerly side of Bayshore
Road;
THENCE along the southerly side of Bayshore Road, North 79 degrees 54 minutes 0 seconds East , 100 feet to
a monument set in the point or place of BEGINNING.

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights
of tl>a party of tine first part in and to said promises;TO HAVE AND TO HOLD tree premises herein granted unto the party
of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said
premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the fust part will
receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hull the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied
first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same fust to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The work"party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
