The language in your draft does not reflect the language of the permit, and should be changed to the following: "a twenty foot wide non-disturbance buffer area to be established and subsequently maintained from the established wetland line on the west side" and a"ten foot wide non- turf buffer to be established and subsequently maintained from the established wetland line on the east side of the property.
