SCHEDULE A
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying, and being at Mattituck, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and
State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Bray Avenue distant northerly 125
feet from a point marking the extreme northerly end of a curve having a radius of 25 feet
and a length equal to 39.27 feet which curve connects the easterly side of Bray Avenue
and the northerly side of Wells Road; running thence along land of Klett North 69
degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds East 161.33 feet to the westerly side of Wells Road,
thence along the westerly side of Wells Road South I degree 41 minutes 10 seconds East
I40.93 feet to the northerly end of a point of curve having a radius of 25 feet and a length
equal to 30.94 feet which curve connects the westerly side of Wells Road and the
northerly side of Wells Road; running thence sou~erly along said curve 30.94 fee; thence
along 'the northerly side of Wells Road South 69 degrees 13 minutes 10 seconds West
66.60 feet; thence northerly along the first mentioned curve which connects the easterly
side of Bray Avenue and the northerly side of Wells Road 39.27 feet; thence along the
easterly side of Bray Avenue North 20 degges 46 minutes 40 seconds West 125.00 feet
to the point or place of beginning.

leading from the Boulevard, so called, to Peconic Bay, which said Privilege is contained
