The issuance of the Administrative Permit allows for the operations as indicated on the survey prepared by Martin D. Hands dated December 3, 2004. Special Conditions: A line of staked hay bales and a snow fence must be installed along the bulkhead prior to demolition in order to prevent any debris from going into the water. If the proposed activities do not meet the requirements for issuance of an Administrative Permit set forth in Chapter 97 of the Southold Town Code, a Wetland Permit will be required.
