THIS DEED, made the 17th day of May, nineteen hundred and ninety-six,
PBETWEEN, Kathy G. Bergman, as Referee of 381 Montauk Highway,
Remsenburg, NY duly appointed in the action hereinafter mentioned, grantor and Keiko Kubota,
residing at 211 W.56th Street, New York, NY, grantee.
WITNESSETH, that the grantor, the referee appointed in an action between THE
DIME SAVINGS BANK OF NEW YORK, FSB., plaintiff, and KAZUKO HILLYER, et al.,
defendants, foreclosing a mortgage recorded on the 29th day of May, 1984 in the office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk in Liber 10142, of mortgages, at page 1 in pursuance of a
judgment entered at an IAS Part 34 of the Supreme Court, Suffolk County made and dated the
24th clay of April, 1995, and in consideration of ONE HUNDRED 'TWENTY THOUSAND and
00/100 DOLLARS ($120,000.00)paid by the grantee, being the highest sum bid at the sale under
said judgment does hereby grant and convey unto the grantee
