[ told him that I must have a Planning Board resolution recommending to the TB the release of this bond, and letters from the Superintendent of Highways and Town Engineer recommending same. Victor contacted Jamie and Jamie gave me a letter but said he doesn't think a letter from the Supt. of Highways was necessary because this highway will never be turned over to the Town of Southold. Signage and pavement markings have also been installed and meet the minimum requirements of Town Code. All required landscaping has been completed in a satisfactory manner.
