WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
pard by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

RUNNING THENCE along said easterly line of Main Street, North 21 degrees,
51 minutes, 20 seconds West 60.00 feet to land now or formerly of Vail;
RUNNING THENCE along :Land last mentioned, North 72 degrees, 45 minutes,
10 seconds East 164.82 feet to land now or formerly of Bonkoski;
RUNNING THENCE along :Land last mentioned, South 22 degrees, Ol minutes,
20 seconds East 60.00 feet to said northerly line of Knapp Place;
RUNNING THENCE along said northerly line of Knapp Place South 72 degrees,
44 minutes, 40 seconds West 165.00 feet to said easterly line of Main Street and
the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the parties of the
first part by deed from David Abatelli and Lydia Abatelli, his wife, dated July
20, 1987, and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 28, 1987,
in Liber 1.0375 cp 488.
