division line between Lots 25 and 24 as shown on said map; thence running North
40" 11' 20" East along said division line 202.00 feet to the high water mark of
Peconic Bay; thence running along the high water mark of Peconic Bay on a tie
line course and distance of South 51° 18' East a distance of 100.03 feet to the
division line between Lots 21 and 20 as shown on said map; thence South 40° 11'
20" West along said division line 20Z.00 feet to a point on the north side of
West Shore Drive; thence running North 51~ 18' West along the north side of
West Shore Drive 100.03 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated December 15, 1995 and recorded in the Suffolk County
Clerk's Office on January 5, 1996 in Liber 11757 Page 286.
