thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and
State &New York, being known and designated as Lot 1 as shown on a certain map
entitled "Map of Puritan Farms at Southold" filed in the Office of the Suffolk County
Clerk on 7/I 9/94 as Map No. 9538;
BEGINNING at a point on the southerly line of Ackefly Pond Lane (formerly Bowery
Lane) at the northeasterly comer of the premises herein conveyed and the northwesterly
comer of premises now or formerly of P.F. and D.J. Swenkowski said point being distant
990 feet more or less westerly from the westerly end of a tie line connecting the southerly
