WITNESSETH, that Grantor, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant and release unto Grantees, as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors, administrators, successors and assigns forever, ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate, ly- ing and being in Town of Southold, the County of Suffolk, and the State of New York, being more particularly de- scribed in Exhibit A attached hereto and made a part hereof, TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of Grantor in and to any streets and roads abutting said premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of Grantors in and to said premises, TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto , as tenants by the entirety, and their heirs, executors, administra- tors, ;successors and assigns forever. Grantors are the owner of said premises. Said premises is not located in an agricultural district. Grantors covenant that Grantors have not done or suffered anything whereby said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as set forth herein. THIS BARGAIN AND SALE DEED IS TO BE DEEMED A CORRECTION DEED correcting the deed from Werner Neuburger and Anthony Pirrera to Anthony Pirrera dated May 2, 1995, and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 1, 1995, in Liber 11727, at Page 365, for the purpose of correcting the grantees. The grantee was mistakenly named as Anthony Pirrera. This deed corrects the grantees as Anthony Pirrera and ASPA Management Corp.
