RIDER TOTERRY DEED
ALL that tract or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on the Easterly side of
Oak]awn Avenue, at SouthoId, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk, and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the Easterly tlne of Oaklawn Avenue, a distance of 80.8 fe~t
Southeasterly along said Easterly line from the Southwest comer of land of Felix Pulese
and the Northwest comer of land of Herbert M. Hawkins; running thence along said other
land of Herbert M. Hawkins, North 60 degrees 57 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of
142.05 feet, more of J~ess, to the Cemetery known as the Old Southo]d Bta3ting Ground;
running thence along the Westerly line of said Cemetery or Burying Ground, South 28
degrees 50 minutes 30 seconds East, a distance of 57.30 feet, more or less, to land now
believed to be of Violet Conklin (formerly of Anna E. Bcebe); running thence along said
land of Conklin, South 59 degrees 32 minutes West, a distance of 135.56 feet, more or
