Also enclosed are a copy of the site plan and a copy of the Suffolk County street plan. We are requesting a new foundation for the house. Please note that we are keeping the footprint of the house the same but feel it would be better environmentally and structurally to have a new foundation rather than work around the old one which is in poor shape.
