Maintenance dredge (for 10 years) approximately 450 cubic yards sand/silt spoil from +/-30' x +/-255' inlet
channel to marina basin and place resultant spoil in adjacent upland boat storage area, all as depicted on the
project plan prepared by Eh-Consultants, Inc., dated September 20, 2010.
2. That the property which is the subject of Environmental Review is located
adjacent to your property and is described as follows:
64150 MAIN ROAD, SOUTHOLD
3. That the project which is subject to Environmental Review under Chapters
96,111 and/or 275 of the Town Code is open to public comment on:

The above-referenced proposal is under review of the Board of Trustees of the Town of
Southold and does not reference any other agency that might have to review same
proposal.
