The Southold Town Planning Board has scheduled a Final public hearing and enclosed is the Notice to Adjacent Property Owners. Also enclosed is a portion of the survey. The hearing on this matter has been scheduled for Monday, October 18, 2010 at 6:00 p.m. at Southold Town Hall. That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of Southold for a lot line change; 2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to your property and is described as follows: SCTM#1000-81-3-25.1 & 26; 3. That the property which is the subject of this application is located in the R-80 Zoning District; That the application is to transfer 48,211 sq. ft. from Lot 1 which totals 135,332 sq. ft. (SCTM#1000-81-3-25.1) to Lot 2 which totals 94,446 sq. ft. (SCTM#1000- 81-3-26). As a result of this transfer, Lot 1 would be reduced in over-all area to 87,120 sq. ft. and Lot 2 would increase in over-all area to 142,657sq. ft. The property is located on Paradise Point Road, $outhold; That the files pertaining to this application are open for your information during normal business days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Planning Department located in the Town Hall Annex on the corner of Youngs Ave. & NYS Rte. 25, Southold (2nd FI., Capital One Bank).
