The parcel contains some 77+ acres, the majority of which is devoted to horse paddocks and exercise areas. Three barns currently in the final stages of completion contain stabling facilities for 60 horses. In the middle ham, within the second floor central gable, there exists sufficient room to establish an apartment of some 1195 SF to provide for 24 hour on-site supervision of the horse farm. The structures on this property are shown on the attached plan entitled "Survey" prepared by Barrett Bonacci & Van Weele, PC last revised 11/17/10.
