You are hereby given notice:
1. That the undersigned has applied to the Planning Board of the Town of
Southold for a Conservation Subdivision;
2. That the property which is the subject of the application is located adjacent to
your property and is described as follows: SCTIV~1000-53-1-1~2 & 1.3;
3. That the property which is the su. bject of this application is located in the R-80 &
LB Zoning Districts;
That the application is for an 80/60 Conservation Subdivision of a 29.8 acre
parcel into 2 lots where Lot 1 = 0.72 acres (31,450 s.f.), is clustered in the LB
Zoning District and Lot 2 = 28.74 acres to be preserved as open space in the R-
80 & LB Zoning Districts. The property is located on the northeastern comer of
Main Road & 650 Atbertson Lane, Greenport;
That the files pertaining to this application are open for your information during
normal business days between the hours of 8 a.m. and 4 p.m. in the Planning
Department located in the Town Hall Annex on the comer of Youngs Ave. & NYS
Rte. 25, Southold (2'~ FI., Capital One Bank). If you have any questions, you can
