The Owner had permission to lift the Cottage and rebuild the foundation. But upon doing more repair work than that has been sent to the ZBA as the cottage pre-exists too close to the bulkhead. The Cottage is one of several in the Historic Line of Fishing Cottages. The proposed work will not change the footprint as the community only allowed him to repair with no additions.
