release unto the parry of the second pan, the heirs or successors and assigns of thc party of the

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at Arshamomaque, in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk
and State of New York, bounded and described as follows: Lot No, 86, 87 and 88 as shown on a
certain map entitled, "Map of subdivision properly known as Summer Haven belonging to
William G. Herx, near Somhold, Suffolk County, New York, surveyed December 4, 1931 by L.
Wendell Squire, E.E.', and filed in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on July $, 1933 as
Map N'o. 1133,
With this conveyance and conveyances in Liber 12226, Page 620, Liber 11241, Page 011 and
Liber 12308, Page 35, Liber 12483, Page 121 and Liber 12437, Page 254, Libcr 12576, Page 419,
Liber 12610 Page 969 and Liber 12647 Page 375. Paris Chrislopher Stachtiaris now has 100%
interest in the premises.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights ofthe party of the first part
in and to said premises,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, thc
heirs or successors and assigns ortho party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part, covenants that the party of the first part has not done or
suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except
as aforesaid.
,4ND the parry of the first part, in compliance with Section ~3 of the Lien Law, covenants
thai the party of the first part wit] receive the consideration for this conveyance and wi[I hold the
right to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the
cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the
improvement before using any pan of the total oflhe same for any other purpose.
