NANCY LEWIS, residing at 600 Main Street, Greenport, New York 11944, and
CAROLYN MOTT, residing at 29 Bremen Road, Waldoboro, Maine 04572
party of the second part,
Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by
the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the second part,the heirs or successors
and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon ejected,situate,lying and
being in the Village of Greenport, Town of Southold, Count�b1QVC f011�X8b1&- e of New
York, bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at a pipe set on the southerly
line of Sterling Street at the northwesterly corner of the premises herein described
and at the northeasterly corner of land of Max Hinkleman; running thence along said
southerly line of Sterling Street, tow courses as follows: 1. South 67 degrees 56
minutes 30 seconds East three and sixty-four hundredths (3.64) feet; thence 2. South .
64 degrees 44 minutes 40 seconds East forty-three and fifty-three hundredths (43.53)
feet to land of William H. Tillinghast; thence along land last mentioned, South 6
degrees 07 minutes 10 seconds East one hundred eighty-one and eighty-four hundredths
(181.84) feet to land formerly of Abraham Kaplan, thence South 84 degrees 04 minutes
20 seconds West thirty-seven and seventy-hundredths (37.70) feet to said land of Max
Hinkleman, thence along land last mentioned North 6 degrees 51 minutes 40 seconds
West two hundred six and twelve hundredths (206.12) feet to the point of BEGINNING.
BEING AND IN'T`ENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part
by deed dated 11/30/51 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on 12/04/51
in Liber 3296 page 419.
Reserving to the Grantcrs a life estate in the above described premises.

Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration forthis conveyance and will hold the rightto receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word"party"shall be construed as if it read"parties"whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
