THIS INDENTURE, made the 19th day of October, Two Thousand Eleven
BETWEEN
DAVID L. FISHER and DOROTHY B. FISHER, his wife, residing at 1500 Brecknock Road,
Apt. 3111, C_rreenport, New York 11944
party of the first part, and
DAVID L. FISHER, residing at 1500 Brecknock Road, Apt. 318, Greenport, New York 11944,
as to a 50% interest, and DOUGLAS D. FISHER and CHERYL A. FISHER, husband and wife,
residing at 2165 Old Orchard Road, East Marion, New York 1 ! 939, as to a 50% interest,
party of the second part,
WITNESSETH, that the party of the ftrst part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable
consideration paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of
the second part, the heirs or sttecessors and assigns of thc patty of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon
erected, situate, lying and being at East Marion, Town of Soutlaold, Suffolk County, New York,
known and designated as Lots 10 and 11 on a certain map entitled, "Map of Section 2, Oardiners
Bay Estates", filed in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September 23, 1927, as Map No. 275.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by
deed dated July 15, 1958, and recorded July 23, 1958, in thc Office of the Suffolk County Clerk
in Liber 4489, Page 84.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof', TOGETHER
with the appurtenances and all the estate and fights of the party of the first part in and m said
premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second
part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered
anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as
aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that
the party of the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right
to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost
of the'improvement and will apply the same lust to the payment of the cost of the improvement
before using any pan of the total of the same for any other purpose,
