WiTNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten dollars, lawful money of
the United States, paid by the party of the second part, does hereby remise, release and
quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of
the second part forever,

All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being on Fishers Island, in the Town
of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a monument on the easterly side of a road, said monument being 439,73 feet south
of a point which is 588.85 feet west of a monument marking the United States Coast and
Geodetic Survey Triangulation Station "NIN";
Thence along the eastedy and southeasterly side of said mad the following four courses and
distain;es:
1) North 11 degrees 55 minutes 10 seconds East 230,00 feet to a point marking a curve to
the dght whose radius is 298.48 feet the direction of whose radius et that point is South 78
degrees 04 minutes 40 seconds East;
Northeast along the arc of said last mentioned curve bearing to the right having a radius
of 298.48 feet a distance alor~ said arc of 252.76 feet to a point;
