ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Fishers Island,
Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, more particularly bounded
and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a monument said monument being located 2193.16 feet north of a point
which is 3423.13 feet east of a monument marking the United States Coast and Geodetic
Survey Triangulation Station "HIN" and;
RUNNING THENCE north 18 degrees 43 minutes 00 seconds east 313.39 feet to an iron
pipe;
RUNNING THENCE south 68 degrees 04 minutes 36 seconds east 176.41 feet to a
monument;
RUNNING THENCE south 47 degrees 47 minutes 56 seconds east 165.93 feet to a drill
hole;
RUNNING THENCE south 40 degrees 14 minutes 23 seconds east 251.22 feet to the
shore of Block Island Sound;

said shore line to a point;

monument at the point of BEGINNING.

the existing driveway nmning northeasterly across this above described premises from
the southwesterly end of the first line in the above description to other premises now or
formerly owned by Rita W. Cushman abutting the above described premises on the
northeast as appurtenant to and for the benefit of such other premises and the premises
