WITNESSETH. that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable eonsiderstim
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,

day of Map, 1933 , as Map No. 1124 as Lot Numbers 117, 118 and 119
BLOCK and a described parcel adjoining the above lots on the southwest

described as follows :

023 .001 BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of Bayshore Road where
the division line between lots 116 and 117 intersects the southwesterly
side of Bayshore Road ; running thence along the southwesterly side of
Bayshore Road , South 61 degrees 11 minutes 30 seconds East, 174 . 56
feet to land of Town of Southold; thence along land of the Town of
Southold in a southerly direction on an irregular curve bearing to
the right , 30 feet more or less; thence still alongland of the Town
of Southold and land of Posillico South 60 degrees 00 minutes west ,
221 .00 feet; 'thence along the northeasterly line of land of Posillico,
North 44 degrees 19 minutes 30 seconds West , 139 .74 feet to land of
La Porta , North 45. degrees 47 minutes 20 seconds East, 169.70 feet
to the point or place of beginning.
TOGETHER WITH all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of
the first part, of in and to the 30 foot strip of land between Tax
Map District 1000 , Section 53, Block 4, Lot 21 and Tax Map District
1000, Section 53 , Block 6 , Lot 1 and together with water rights, if
any.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of
the first part herein by deed recorded in Liber 11622 page 893 .
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
