WITNESSETH, that the pa~'y of the first part, in consideration of tan dollars and other valuable consideration '
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the pady of the second part, the heirs

westerly ~ine from land of Maurice King and being 1730 feet southerly trom New Suffolk Avenue, said point of
beginning being the southeast corner of land ot Burns; from said point of beginning running along said
wasledy line of Olejule Lane 1 O0 feet;
RUNNING THENCE along land of McKenna 210 feel, mom or less, to a point 10 feet westerly imm the
easterly edge of a dredged canal;

abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all

AND the party of the firsl part, in compliance with Section 13 of the IJen Law, covenants that the party of the
fimt part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right Io receive such consideration
as a trust tund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same
first to the payment of the cosl of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same tor any other
purpose. The word "party' shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of lhis indenture se
