easterly side of Vanston Road, westerly and northerly 75 feet, more or less, to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING and intended to be the same premises as conveyed to JOHN BENDICK and JACQUELINE BEND1CK (then
her husband and since deceased) by Deed dated June 29, 2010 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County on July 19, 2010 in Lilyer D00012631 at page 549. JOHN BENDiCK died on October 20, 2010, a resident
of Suffolk County.

TOGETHER wilh all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first pan in and to any streets and
