Upon initiating processing, it was identified that a Tidal Wetlands Letter of Non-Jurisdiction (copy enclosed), Application # 1-4738-00908/00001, was issued on 2/16/94 for the property landward of the functional bulkhead greater than 100 ft. in length and constructed prior to 9/20/77. The presently proposed structures are also landward of this previously determined jurisdictional boundary and therefore do not require a permit t~om this Department.
