This Indenture, made the qkL day of April, Nineteen Hundred and
Ninety Five
Between Judith M. Clark, residing at 611 First Street,Greenport, NY
party of the first part, and David W. Foster and Catherine M.
Foster, his wife residing at 611 First Street,Greenport, NY

party of the second part,
Witnesseth, that the party of the first part, in consideration of
Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration paid by the party of
the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of

of the second part forever,
All that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings
and improvements thereon erected, situate, lying and being in the
Sate of New York, County of Suffolk, Town of Southold, Village of
Greenport,
BEGINNING at a concrete momument on the westerly side of First
Street distant 106.25 feet northerly as measured along the said
westerly side of First Street from the corner formed by the
intersection of the said westerly side of First Street and the
northerly side of North Street, which said monument also marks the
point where the southerly line of the premises herein and the
northerly line of Glickman intersects the said westerly side of
First Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the northerly line of the land of Glickman,
land of Tasker and land of Clark South 83 degrees 13 minutes 30
seconds West 150.22 feet to a concrete monument in the easterly
line of the land of Grelli;
RUNNING THENCE along land of Grelli, land of Pyne., and the land of
Boergesson North 6 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds West 50.00 feet to
a concrete monument and other land of Boergesson;
RUNNING THENCE along the southerly line of land of Boergesson North
83 degrees 13 minutes 30 seconds East 150.21 feet to a concrete
monument on the westerly line of First Street;
RUNNING THENCE along the westerly side of First Street South 6
degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East 50.0 feet to the concrete
monument, the point or place of BEGINNING.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey might show, and to
covenants, restrictions easements, agreements, reservations and
zoning regulations of record if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by the party of
the first part, by deed dated October 16, 1992 and recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s office on October 28, 1992 in Liber 1562_pg
405. -
Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party
of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the
above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with
the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the
first part in and to said premises; To Have and to Hold the
' premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part
forever.
