THENCE South 83 degrees 06 minutes 00 seconds West, along lands of Rouse and
later along lands now or formerly of Pemberton, 150.10 feet to the easterly side
of Second Street;

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the premises conveyed to the grantor herein by deed
from Elizabeth Porterfield and Alfred Porterfield, husband and wife, dated
December 17, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk on January 7, 1994 in Liber 11659 of Conveyances at page 158.
