WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New Yo
known and designated as part of Lots 9 and 10 as shown on "Map of
Property of John A. Monsell" and filed in the Office of the Clerk of
the County of Suffolk on 6/18/1873 as Map #53 , which said part of lots
when taken together are more particularly bounded and described as
follows :
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the northerly
side of Bridge Street with the westerly side of Sterling Place;
RUNNING THENCE westerly along the northerly side of Bridge Street
South 74 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds West, 80 . 60 feet;
RUNNING THENCE North 17 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds West, 82 . 00 feet
RUNNING THENCE North 74 degrees 07 minutes 00 seconds East, 80. 60 feet
to the westerly side of Sterling Place;
RUNNING THENCE southerly along the westerly side of Sterling Place
South 17 degrees 46 minutes 00 seconds East, 82. 00 feet to the
northerly side of Bridge Street to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed by Deed dated
7/19/93 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office on 7/29/93
in Liber 11638 page 7.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the
