Ongoing Problems with Municit¥ Soft. ware
Problems with the efficient operation of the Town's Municity software program by
our office stall' continue to persist. We are still working diligently to resolve the
issues with Lloyd Reisenberg, General Code a~nd their sub-contractor.

ZBA Code o[` Conduct and Procedural Guidelines
A confidential draft titled "ZBA Code of Conduct and Procedural Guidelines," was
discussed at the December 1,2011 Regular Meeting. qqqe draft was compiled by ATA
Andaloro, at the request of the Board, based on notes taken at seminars given by
Special Counsel Phil Siegel, which the Town Board approved in fulfillment of the
annual continuing education requirement ['or ZBA Members. Additional input from
Board Members addressing operating procedures of the Board and department is also
included in the draft. The Board's discussion will continue in January 2012.
