Together with an undivided 5% interest of the Common Elements. This transaction is made in the ordinary course of business of the grantor with unanimous consent from all of the shareholders. The :premises are not in an agricultural district and the parcel is entirely owned by the transferor. The grantor herein is the same as the grantee in deed dated June 30, 1993 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on August 20, 1993 in Liber 11640 Page 929.
