NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, pursuant to Section 267 of the Town Law and Town
Code Chapter 280 (Zoning), Town of Southold, the following public hearings will be
held by the SOUTHOLD TOWN ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS at the Town Hall,
53095 Main Road, P.O. Box '1'179, Southold, New York '1'197'1-0959, on THURSDAY
FEBRUARY 2, 20'12:
'10:00 A.M. - JOSEPH and ELIZABETH BRITTMAN #6522 - Request for Variance
from Article III and Article XXII, Code Section 280-'15, 280-'15F and 280-'1'16B and the
