erected, situate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New
York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at point on the northerly side of North Sea Drive, distant 1,975 feet eastwardly
from the comer formed by thc intersection of said northerly side of North Sea Drive with the
easterly side of Kenncy's Road; running thence North 50 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West
230 feet, more or less, to the mean highwater mark of Long Island Sound; running thence
eastwardly along said mean highwater mark of Long island Sound 100 feet; thence South 50
degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds East 230 feet, more or less, to the northerly side of North Sea
Drive; running thence South 39 degrees 24 minutes 00 seconds West along said northerly side of
North Sea Drive 100 feet to the point or place of beginning.
For further idemification, the above d~cribed parcel is deslgaat~l as Plot numbered Twenty
(20) by a certain survey of Wm. L. Miller, Licensed Surveyor, Wading River, New York, and
guaranteed to the Inter-County Title Guaranty and Mortgage Company July 2I, 1947.
TOGI~THER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the grantor herein in and to
said premises, including all riparian rights, if any.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party of the first pan by
deed dated December 3, 1983 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on March 7,
1984 in Liber 9524 at Page 543.
